With the motor completed in FrankenCharger it was now time to make a custom exhaust system that would allow the motor to breath and produce it’s peak power. As this VH Valiant Charger was also going to be driven (and not hidden) it was also important that the system be quiet and not drone at constant highway speeds.
It was decided to go with a dual 3” mandrel bent stainless steel system with four stainless mufflers in the Chrysler. This was all tig welded together and painted in a high temperature black so that the exhaust ties in nicely with the car.
This system coupled with Pacemaker Headers has allowed this Aussie Muscle car to be efficient and quiet while cruising but still allows the motor to make peak power on the track.
