Transam Floor Transplant.

The floor in the Trans Am was very rusty, to the point where Lee was considering re-shelling the car. Floor panels were purchased which were zinc plated and extra sections which were not available were custom made by Shane. These were then welded in with the original bolts and seat locators placed back into position. Chassis rail connectors were added for extra stability and handling, and hairline fractures in the hump were repaired. The floor was then coated in rustproofing, above and below and then sound deadener was applied.
