Restoring the factory Heater/Airconditioning in the Chrysler CJ

The CJ Chrysler was built in 1974, making her 48 years old in 2022.  The foams that were used in the heater box to seal the air was not designed to last 48 years of cycling hot and cold, and as is common with allot of cars from this era had disintegrated and was making the cabin of the car a little drafty. 

On top of this the heater core had also been damaged and was leaking onto the floor of the front passenger side.   This we removed and recored.  The entire system was rebuilt and resealed, ready to provide another 48 years of warmth and cold.
