Repairing the Motor

The Trans Am was lacking power when it arrived with us and as it was sold to our client as a high horsepower car this was a problem.  After some diagnostic work it was discovered that both the heads on the Pontiac motor had blown head gaskets.  As the heads were off the bottom end of the Trans Am’s motor it was decided to port match them at the same time.  A carburettor test and tune was then done for performance and economy and the result was a Pontiac with more power and responsiveness.
