Custom Jag Independent rear in Chevrolet Apache Truck

To improve handling and allow for those custom wide wheel arches to be filled in the rear of this 1958 Chev Truck it was decided to go with a Custom Jaguar independent rear end.

This rear end has a custom cage, is shortened with engineered arms, a shortened Jaguar differential with a 3.5:1 limited slip centre and adjustable coil over shock absorbers. All of this allowed for those meaty rear tyres and rims to fit and give this truck that tough rear end. It also meant that we weren’t sacrificing handling and safety for looks.
