Changing the Rear Brakes

The FB Holden had the original Banjo differential.  These can be a little bit on the weaker side so we decided to upgrade the differential in the FB Holden from the original Banjo to the fine spline HR differential.  The added advantage with this was that the rear drum brakes also worked better than the original rear drums.  Of course the original hand brake cable from the FB would no longer work so a custom made hand brake cable was made and fitted, one that had FB Holden front and HR Holden rear.  All in all this gives the rear of the Holden a much more reliable diff and more effective braking.
